At Therapy Shoes, we want you to love your new footwear, so if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all shoes are unworn and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes in their original Therapy Shoes box and secure them inside a mailing bag or shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Label and Post

  Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects and approves your return, your refund or store credit will be processed within 5-7 business days.
